How Often Should I Come in?

While every client is treated based on their unique needs, many clients come in weekly and biweekly.

Do You Take My Insurance?

I am considered an “out of network provider” by all insurance companies. This means payment is due at the time of service and I will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

How Much Will My Appointment Cost?

Session costs start at $135 for a 45 minute session. Session fee’s are based on the length of the appointment.

My Doctor Prescribed Me Medication to Help With My Depression or Anxiety. Will I Still Benefit From Counseling?

Yes! From a mental health standpoint medication typically works best in conjunction with therapy.

Do You Offer Virtual Appointments?

Yes! I offer both virtual and in person appointments to all Colorado residents.

Do You Offer A Sliding Scale?

No, unfortunately, we are not able to offer sliding scale appointments at this time.

When Are You Available?

Appointments are offered online and in person Monday through Thursday each week between the hours of 10am and 5pm.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. If you fail to cancel your appointments with at least 24 hours notice you will be charged the full price of the appointment.
